Plain-English summary: we collect only what the app needs to work, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

Beta-list email — if you join the waitlist, your email address, used only to contact you about the beta.
Battle.net identity — your BattleTag and account identifier via Blizzard's official Battle.net OAuth. We never see or store your Blizzard password.
Public rank data — competitive tiers read from your public Overwatch career profile, to verify and display your rank.
App activity — content you post (lounge messages, integrity callouts), preferences (region, format), and basic usage and diagnostic analytics to keep the app running and improve it.

How we use it

To operate the service — verify rank, place you in the correct lounges, run the integrity board, and keep the app secure and functional. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the app work — for example our backend/database host, our chat provider, and error/analytics tools — under their own privacy terms. We use Blizzard's official login solely to authenticate you.

Your choices

Request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Leave the beta list at any time via the unsubscribe link.
You control your Overwatch profile visibility on Blizzard's side; if it's private, we simply can't read your rank.

Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Synergy Six ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old — or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher — to use Synergy Six, and you must have a valid Battle.net account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping it secure. We verify your competitive rank from your public Overwatch career profile and re-check it periodically; access to certain features depends on that verification.

2. Acceptable use & code of conduct

Synergy Six is a community for competitive players and has zero tolerance for abusive or objectionable behavior. You agree that you will not:

harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users;
post false, misleading, or malicious cheating, wintrading, or throwing reports, or any report you cannot support with evidence;
impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or rank;
post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable content;
spam, or attempt to circumvent rank verification, moderation, or rate limits;
use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of Blizzard's terms.

3. The integrity board

Reports on the integrity board are allegations, not verdicts. They reflect the views of the users who post them, not of Synergy Six, and each requires attached evidence. You are solely responsible for the reports you submit. Knowingly false or malicious reports may result in loss of posting privileges, account termination, and may expose you to legal liability. We may remove any report and are under no obligation to host, verify, or retain it.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content within the app for the purpose of operating the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it.

5. Moderation & termination

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion — including for violations of these Terms or the code of conduct above. Block and report tools are available within the app. We may also suspend or discontinue features of the service at any time.

6. Supporter Pass & payments

The core app is free. The optional Supporter Pass is a cosmetic-only subscription and provides no competitive or gameplay advantage. Subscriptions are billed, managed, and cancelled through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms, and refunds are handled according to those stores' policies.

7. Third-party data & availability

Rank verification relies on publicly available data and Blizzard's official Battle.net login. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is always available, accurate, or current. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of liability & indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synergy Six is not liable for content posted by users, for interactions between users, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

Synergy Six is an independent, fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

Overwatch® and Battle.net®, and all related logos, characters, and marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. in the U.S. and other countries. All such trademarks and copyrights are the property of their respective owners.

Synergy Six uses only publicly available Overwatch career-profile data and Blizzard's official Battle.net OAuth sign-in. It does not use, copy, host, or distribute Blizzard's artwork, characters, or other copyrighted assets. Any reference to Overwatch is nominative — solely to identify the game the community plays.

The integrity board hosts player-submitted allegations, not verdicts, with evidence attached and a path to contest. Reports reflect the views of the players who post them, not of Synergy Six.
